CARLITA

Istanbul-born Turkish-Italian DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Carlita (Carla Frayman) has emerged as one of electronic music's most compelling modern visionaries. Classically trained on the cello from an early age before mastering guitar, bass, drums, and analog synthesizers, her deep instrumental pedigree infuses her productions and sets with narrative depth, rich texture, and unmistakable soul.

Carlita's signature sound effortlessly traverses house, techno, melodic house, downtempo, and organic electronica, underpinned by echoes of Anatolian psychedelia, rock, and classical composition. Her DJ sets are celebrated worldwide for their kaleidoscopic track selections, warm kinetic grooves, and an effortlessly chic, cross-cultural dancefloor energy.

Her global presence spans the world's most iconic stages and curation hubs, including appearances at Coachella, Tomorrowland, Burning Man, Sónar, Awakenings, and Circoloco. Beyond the decks, she bridges the worlds of cutting-edge sound, fashion, and visual arts, notably co-founding the multidisciplinary concept Senza Fine alongside DJ Tennis.

In 2024, Carlita released her critically acclaimed debut studio album, Sentimental, via Ninja Tune imprint Counter Records. The project underscored her evolution from an in-demand global club selector to a profound artistic auteur, reshaping the global electronic landscape with elegance, technical mastery, and borderless musical curiosity.
